Grilled Hawaiian Pizza

The other night I was craving homemade pizza and since it's been so nice outside I decided to try it out on the grill. You can use this recipe to make any variation of grilled pizza and it only takes around 20-30 minutes with prep time.
Ingredients
Toppings (pineapple, ham, red onion)
Tomato Sauce
Mozzarella and Parmesan Cheese
Prepared pizza dough
1. Start by chopping up all your toppings into bite size pieces. (I love Hawaiian pizza because the different colors make it look so pretty)
 2. Grill your toppings separately on a medium heat grill over a metal cooling rack flipped upside down. Cook for a few minutes, making sure to stir until your ingredients are browned.

3. Roll out your prepared pizza dough (I bought mine from a local pizzeria, but you can find it at a grocery store) to fit your baking sheet or pizza stone. Cover with olive oil. Put on the grill until first side is lightly brown (around 4-5 minutes depending on how hot your grill gets).
 4. After you've flipped your pizza, top with sauce, toppings and cheese and cook for another 4 minutes or so until the cheese is melted and the edges are browned.
5. Take off the grill, cut up, and serve! A delicious and easy summer treat.
