Eezy Peezy Pizza

As a college student I have been eating a lot of pizza so I would've thought I would tired of it by now, but as I was wandering around Walmart the other day I found some Boboli. Ever since I was little, my family has made Boboli pizzas. They are pre-cooked crusts so it was always fun as a little kid making my own personal pizza. For apartment life I bought the 2 mini 8" crust pack, but you can buy larger ones.
I love veggies, but I don't always get enough of them so to create a filling and fast meal I decided to use   what I had in my fridge which ended up being mushrooms, red pepper, onion, and broccoli (yes I know its a little unconventional but I needed something green).
Here's what I do for my easy peezy pizza using whatever you have in your fridge!

Ingredients: 
Pre-cooked pizza crust
Toppings (veggies and meat)
Mozzarella and Parmesan Cheese
Leftover red pasta sauce (I usually add some Italian spices to it)

1. Heat up oven according to pizza crust directions. Place crust on a pan.
2. Chop up your toppings and heat up a skillet. If you are using veggies, add butter to the pan. Sauté the vegetables together until they are tender and tasty. For meat I usually heat it up in a separate pan until its warm. 
3. Put pasta sauce/pizza sauce on top of crust. Top with cooked vegetables and warm meat. Sprinkle with cheese.
4. Cook pizza according to directions.

(5. For mine I topped it with some fresh tomato, some red pepper flakes and had some Frank's Red Hot Sauce ready for dipping!)

For me this was a meal and half for just a few dollars, a great college meal thats fast and an excuse for eating your vegetables!
