Pulled Pork and Veggie Crudités

Lately I have had a lot of exams and I've been struggling to make meals for myself. Inspired by my lack of good food, I've been trying to find meals and dishes that are semi-homemade or made in advance.
For this meal I made pulled pork sandwiches and veggie crudités (sliced, raw veggies). It took just about 15 minutes to make overall. Super easy and delicious.
Pulled Pork Sandwich
1 package pre-cooked pulled pork (I used Curly's)
Burger buns (which are easily frozen if you have leftovers)
All you do is heat up the meat in a saucepan or microwave according to instructions, it takes about 10
minutes!

Veggie Crudités
Your favorite fresh veggies, cleaned and sliced
Sour cream
Mayo
Dip Seasoning (can be bought in stores)
The seasoning I bought had dill weed, onion, garlic, and parsley
Just mix the seasonings in half mayo, half sour cream and its perfect for dipping veggies or chips. It stays good for a few days so if you leave chopped veggies in the fridge, it makes for an easy snack.
Now I know that neither of these recipes are very novel, but are good reminder for people that are constantly on to go and want flavorful, semi-healthy meals!
