French Toast

This past week we have had extended family in for Thanksgiving. On our last day with them we decided to have a big breakfast. Some family had gifted us a sticky loaf of cinnamon bread so after stuffing ourselves the night before we created a sweet meal. 
4 eggs
1 T milk
1/2 t vanilla extract
1t cinnamon
1t sugar
bread (wheat, white, cinnamon, raisin, any kind!)

1. Heat up griddle to 300 degrees. Spray with Pam. 
2. Add all of the ingredients into a medium bowl and whisk together until smooth.
3. Pour mixture into a flat bowl and soak bread slices. 
4. Put slices onto griddle and sprinkle with a little more cinnamon. 
5. After bread starts to slightly brown, flip and let other side crisp slightly. 
6. Serve with butter and syrup!
Serves 6 people.
