(Not so homemade) Gnocchi

So the other day I was walking through Trader Joe's and I was missing my study abroad in Rome. I was walking through the frozen aisle looking for a frozen dinner and guess what I found? Gnocchi alla Sorrentina! The best gnocchi I had while abroad was when I was in Sorrento and I realized that this could not be as good, but I was definitely craving it. I went home, cooked it up, and it was very good for a frozen pasta meal.....and it was only $2.99! It makes enough for two people and is a lot cheaper than Bertolli.
I have found however that the microwave/cooking directions on Trader Joe's food is usually wrong. It says that it should be cooked on high for 7 minutes, but it should be more like medium heat. Usually I post my own recipes on this blog, but I just had to share this delicious meal!
