Mexico

I'm sorry that I haven't been posting much this month. I've been working two jobs, studying for many tests, and trying to figure out my summer internship. I've also been thinking a lot about my blog. I have some big changes this summer (which I will inform you more about in the next few weeks) and I've been chewing over how my blog is going to change with it. I have been doing a little bit of cooking, but its mostly repeated recipes. I do miss writing here on my blog and I will be doing some new things for the next month.

I've also spent some time on vacation. My family and I went to Cabo San Lucas. Below I've shared some pictures of my food adventures there. I'm sorry I don't have any delicious recipes up for Easter, but I will be trying out a Hummingbird Cake later today and if it's good I will share the recipe!
