I'm sorry I didn't get these recipes up before Easter! Being out of town makes it a little difficult. I was in charge of bringing an appetizer to our family's Easter Dinner. Thanks to Pinterest, my mom found this great little guy:

Though it looks fabulous and super gourmet, we really only used frozen bread dough and it didn't take long to make. Keep this one in the recipe box for next year! The recipe can be found here. We ended up using pecans for the teeth and craisins for the eyes since that is all we had in the house. We also let the dough rise a little too long, but that fine. A chubby bunny is cuter than a skinny one.
For dip we used a spinach dip packet with frozen spinach and sliced water chestnuts for a crunch.

And of course I had to include the traditional Bunny Cake that is made every year. This year is was made by my aunt and wonderful chef Jan and decorated by my lovely cousin Jamie. Hope you all had a great Easter!
