Potluck Favorites

I've been pretty quiet lately on the blog because the rest of my life has been very busy and I haven't had much time to devote to blogging. This past weekend was Parent's Weekend at my university so my 6 person house hosted a potluck with all of our families and several others. We had a bunch of crockpots, dips, and desserts and it was all absolutely delicious. We have enough leftovers to last the six of us the two weeks left until Fall Break so I will be posting a few restaurant reviews since I won't be cooking.

What I decided to share today was some of my potluck favorites that I've already posted. I have five great dishes for you!

1. Julie's Mexican Dip
My mom makes the best mexican dip! Yesterday, I made a double batch of this and it was gone by the end of the night.
2. Mediterranean Orzo Salad
This is the perfect dish to make ahead of time and keep in the fridge! It's easy to make a large batch and is always good leftovers!
3. Guacamole
Always a staple at my house! It's also always gone within the first half hour.

4. Spinach Parmesan Penne Bake
Pasta casseroles are great to make ahead and warm up at the event. I love this one because it's a little lighter and very tasty.
Everyone's favorite part is dessert! This cookie bar is a great option because it has fall flavors and is easy to cut into a bunch of pieces.

What are your favorite potluck dishes?
