Anyways, this winter I've been experimenting with some different combinations and I thought I would share my favorite right now:
Ingredients:
old fashioned oats (cooked according to the directions with milk)
some type of nut
blueberries
craisins or raisins
brown sugar or maple syrup
spoonful of Chia seeds
Directions:
- Cook oatmeal according to the directions.
- Add in your fixins and get eating!
I'm loving on Chia right now. It's easy to mix in to oatmeal or smoothies and keeps me full! If you've never tried it, check it out. It has AWESOME health benefits: Fiber, protein, antioxidants, and they are low on calories!
