Whole 30 Day 10

Day 10
6:45 AM Homemade sausage, egg and mashed potato cups and olives for some health fats.

8:00am Kombucha
12:00pm Leftover roast chicken (that was 4 meals in total!) This morning I also roasted some brussel sprouts and orange pepper. For lunch I put the veggies and chicken in a bowl and drizzled chimchurri on top. Very good.

Overall a good day. Again, I was thankful for making some stuff ahead so I was able to just heat up a breakfast this morning and get on with my day. My lunch was a pretty simple mix of what I had in my fridge and ended up being pretty good, except that I started to get hungry again at 3. I was in the middle of a project at work so I ended up eating an RxBar though I wish I would've gone on a walk or something to see if it was just a craving or if I was actually hungry. I made dinner with a friend and we both really enjoyed it.

I was skeptical about buying the Whole30 cookbook because I figured I could find a lot of those recipes or information online, but I really have gone to it everyday to check a recipe or look at what I can and can't have on the plan. It's been very helpful.
