Whole30 Day 14

9:30 am Faux oatmeal with the usual toppings and some coffee
12:30 Rotisserie chicken and roasted potatoes from the Farmers market. Again, I can't guarantee this is totally Whole30, but its close enough. I also might have sampled some local organic honey.
3:00pm RxBar. Lunch definitely didn't have enough vegetables in it to keep me til dinner.

6:00pm Leftover flank steak and balsamic roasted veggies. I'm loving these vegetables and I can see these staying a staple!
6:30pm Plantain chips and rainbow pico de gallo
7:00pm Matt and I split 3 peaches.

I think I'm finally starting to feel the switch in my energy levels. I'm not feeling huge dips between meals. I'm interested to see once I'm back at work how this progresses. Last week I didn't get enough sleep and I feel like I have a slight cold so I'm working to get that out of my system. I have however started to appreciate and wish I could have easy foods like bread, especially when it comes to meal prep.

This morning I had some gut issues, but I felt better the rest of the day. Lots of meal prep tonight! Cooked up 4 turkey patties and lots of veggies to start the week.
