Whole30 Day 4

Day 4
7:00 am. Faux oatmeal with strawberries, almond butter, chia, cinnamon, nutmeg and walnuts. I had 3 turkey rolls on the side for protein. 

12:00pm Leftover zoodles and meat sauce

5:00pm Pre-workout RxBar
7:30pm Baked chicken breast and Greek salad and kombucha.

Overall today was good. I woke up feeling more rested than yesterday and I had pretty good energy throughout the day and even had enough to do a good workout. I also felt really happy. Like spontaneous dance party in your car kind of happy. I'll take it whether its from the food or not.  I haven't been taking my fish oil this week and I've really started to notice that I just feel "creakier." Like my muscles and joints aren't recovering from my workouts. I got some more today so I'll see how that helps since I'm not getting enough omega-3's from my food.
