Whole30 Day 5

6:10am Pre-workout banana and almond butter. Hurt my knee halfway through so I took a break to ice it and eat the rest of my breakfast.


6:45am 2 eggs scrambled with spinach and mushrooms. Half an avocado. 

12:00pm Leftover Greek salad and canned tuna.

4:00pm RxBar

7:00pm 
Date with almond butter
2 turkey tools
Half an avocado

10:00pm
Pork tenderloin
Mashed potatoes
Roasted carrots

My boyfriend Matt and I are still long distance after one year. He lives 3 hours away so luckily we get to spend time together almost every weekend. Usually he's able to get out of the office by 4 or 5pm and then drive to me, but this weekend he didn't leave til after 7pm, hence the 10:00pm dinner.

This is the first day I started to feel annoyed with the program. I started the morning by injuring myself in a workout. Then I forgot my salad dressing and had to eat salad and canned tuna nothing else. I had a few snacks to hold me over until the 10pm dinner, but throughout that time I was basically annoyed with eating vegetables and starting to crazy cheesy pastas and desserts.
