Whole30 Day 7

I'm also over on PurePharma talking about how to stay healthy even when you're crazy busy. 

Day 7
9:30 am 2 scrambled eggs with mushrooms and sauteed spinach. 1/4 an avocado and homemade sausage.

12:30pm Farmer's market lunch of rotisserie chicken and fingerling potatoes. Do I know if these were cooked with a Whole30 approved cooking fat? I'm guessing not, but it was my best option. I also accidentally took a sip of Matt's coffee that had cream in it. Whoops.

No added sugar. It tasted like vegetables so I'm definitely not counting it as a SWYPO.
6:00pm Leftover salad, hamburger and I had a few bites of leftover mashed potato. Thats about 3 eggs scrambled from a recipe I was making.
7:00pm Strawberries and a giant peach from the farmers market.
