Whole30 Day 19

8:30 am Faux oatmeal
12:30pm Lunch out. I ordered the egg and potato plate + a side of bacon. Unfortunately the potatoes ended up coming with cream in them and there's a good chance the eggs did too. My stomach didn't feel great after eating it.
6:00pm Pulled pork, broccoli, brussel sprouts and roasted carrots
I would have to say that weekends are the hardest part of Whole30. It's a lot easier to stick to a regimen on works days when I have a schedule, but on days off I would much rather go out to eat or eat at random times, but Whole30 doesn't make that very easy. I walked in to a restaurant for lunch and there was literally a girl wearing a Whole30 shirt there so I thought I was fairly safe. There's a good chance the bacon had sugar in it, but I thought that ordering a simple plate of bacon and eggs would be safe, but apparently it wasn't.
I hate being the type of person that asks all the questions ("Is there sugar in this?" "Does this have dairy in it?") especially when I don't actually have a known allergy to any of the foods. I'm pretty ready for this to be over so I can stop overanalyzing everything I put in my mouth.
