Whole30 Day 23

6:45 am 2 turkey rolls + sautéed zucchini + 2 eggs scrambled with spinach and mushrooms
day 23 breakfast

12:00pm Leftover chili in my Crockpot Lunchbox + olives + sweet potato
day 23 lunch chili

6:30pm Post-WOD Beef patty and sweet potato 

Overall felt really good. Definitely have a lot of energy. I had a great CrossFit workout after work and then spent time with friends. A very good, balanced day.
