Whole30 Day 26

7:00 am Pork tenderloin with roasted sweet potatoes + brussel sprouts drizzled with balsamic glaze.
12:00pm Look familiar? Sometimes meal prep happens in the morning. Pork tenderloin with roasted sweet potatoes + brussel sprouts drizzled with balsamic glaze
9:00pm Curried cauliflower with raisins + tilapia in curry sauce from the Whole30 cookbook

Today wasn't great. What I'm learning is that I get tons of sleep on the weekends and get ok sleep during the week so by Friday I'm exhausted. No tiger blood for me. Then after work, I was ready to go and I should've listened to my body, but instead I did a super grueling workout with my team. No bueno. Ended the week very tired and sore.
